Where the websites include material customised for download by you, we have made every effort to ensure that the material provided in the download is complete, current, reliable free from error and virus contamination, we do not warrant or make any respresentation about the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information or whether the download has been corrupted or tainted by viruses. In no event shall Airbrush Beauty be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from downloading of any information via the websites.

Payment
Title over goods does not transfer to the purchaser until full payment is received and funds are cleared to our account. Sorry we do not have accounts. We accept PayPal. Funds must be cleared before goods are dispatched.

Internet Orders taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Our office is open Monday to Friday and closed public holidays and weekends.
Orders placed after 10am Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Once we recieve your order it is dispatched the next business day. Goods will be invoiced at current prices at date of dispatch. All prices are currently non-applicable of Goods and Services Tax. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Information - Australia wide
Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify when placing your order. We do not deliver to postal boxes. Where goods are unavailable, you will be notified by Airbrush Beauty as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Airbrush Beauty to be authorised to receive the goods. Airbrush Beauty will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left by customers instruction at an unattended address (The risk of goods passes to the buyer on delivery). Please make sure the address and contact phone number you provide is correct. The buyer must notify Airbrush Beauty in writing within 14 days of any short fall in goods, failing which the buyer will not be entitled to any remedy in respect to the shortfall.

Product Returns
Please choose carefully before ordering. Cosmetics that have been opened will not be acccepted for return. Freight costs for return of goods is the responsibilty of the customer. No returns will be accepted without the prior approval from Airbrush Beauty. All claims must be made in writing, describing what fault has occured and within 14 days of receipt of goods, accompanied by a photocopy of the original purchase invoice. Goods accepted for return must be in the same condition as they were dispatched. Any credit given will be reduced a reasonable amount if the condition of the goods are not in the same condition as the goods were on delivery to the buyer. Warranty does not cover any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering or substitution of non genuine component parts.
